        Just another murdered out M5 (pics)...

        Greetings!

        2008 Black/Black/Black/Black M5. HRE 798R's Gloss Black finish (incl lip) - 9.5/11-20 - PZero 265/35-20 295/30-20. AC Schnitzer springs. Painted grills. Tinted windows and tail lights. Eisenmann exhaust. RPI scoops - BMC filters. V1 hardwired. Other stuff.....

        My thanks to HRE and to Lucent Motors (even Arling....)

        Sorry, the pictures aren't so great. I will try to stick to my day job.....

        That is one of the most tastefully modded murdered out cars I have seen on here. The HRE's look really nice.

        Wow! Thanks! Really appreciate the nice comments.

        Let's see. The wheels were a crap shoot. Hadn't seen a set of 748's on the car. Didn't want the polished lip thing. Had that on my Range Rover. So we ended up powder coating and gloss because I figured they would be dirty most of the time so it would look less like a black hole and have a little shine. I think it worked out ok. Took the car down to the HRE open house. They may have some better shots of the wheels than I. I will try to add some close-ups to the original post. I believe the lip on the rear is 5".

        Lucent really pushed me to do the color match paint on the grills...they were right....the Eisenmann exhaust looks and sounds great. I like the oval tips.

        Thinking about programming, some pedals and then - driving the damn thing - isn't that why we buy these cars? Hahahaha.....
