How to launch the car without spinning the wheels ?
Hey Guys !
I want to know that how to launch the car without spinnig the wheels .
When i put the DSC On and i fully push the acc. paddle. the DSC catch the car tyres and donot let it move until i leave some of the push from the paddle, and if i put the DSC off then the car tyres spin alot that all smoke come from the car and that is not allowed in public roads.
What is the solution to get full power of the car without spinning wheels ? from stationary till the ...............
Thanks,

There is really no way not to spin the tires unless you drive it like putting a chicken egg between your foot and the gas pedal....good luck

There are lots of previous posts regarding this, just do a search for launch control. The variety of ideas mixed with your driving style + practice should result in a much smoother take-off. However, 373KW is a lot of power to put to the ground in a hurry!

A bit of wheelspinn is necessary on 2WD cars.

I think that the L/C is actually designed to allow a bit of wheelspin to ensure that the car does not bog down when launching.

What's the best way?
I'm new to the M5 and the SMG. What is the optimum way to take off in a hurry. I'm not thinking launch control and massive wheel spin but say I am at a light and want to show off a bit. In my vette, I'd raise the rpm to say 1500 and let the clutch out fast- enough to take anything short of an exotic but no smoke from the back. How does that take place in the M5 SMG- really I need to know the basics of how to drive this beyond the owners manual... Thanks! Keith
