Looking to trade 08 550i for 06 m5

I am looking to trade an 08 550i for an 06 m5 with about 20k on it. What do you think the best price for an 06 m5 should run fully loaded. My 08 has 16.6k miles sport, comfort access, nav, ipod/aux connection, and rear side bag. The 06 has the following and they are asking 59.9k in the Dallas area.

7 Speed SMG Transmission, Navigation System, Voice Activation, In Dash CD Player With 6 Disc Changer, Homelink Garage Door Opener, Head-Up Display, Logic7 Sound System, Xenon Headlights with Adaptive Light Control, Power Moonroof, Park Distance Control, Heated Power Front Seats With Lumbar Support And Driver Memory, Rear Side-Impact Airbags, Power Rear Sunshade, Fold Down Rear Seats, Retractable Headlight Washers, Madeira Walnut Wood Trim Interior, Rear Spoiler, Tinted Windows, Bluetooth

Full or Extended Leather? To help clarify you should only list options and not standard features. So basically no active seats or heated rear seats?
