Finally ///M5 Vs. E63 AMG Video

Whats up guys, im glad to finally provide some video proof of what the M5 is capable of, sorry for the crappy quality but my friend was taking the video in the car behind us (you can still clearly see who wins tho). Also, you can hear in the video that there was an AMG fanboy in the camera car and his reaction to the race. Anyways this was the last of 3 races. The M5 pulled everytime on the E63 esp when shifting to second (the M5 has an amazingly short second gear). In all fairness to the E63 driver, i was doing the honks and he did gun it maybe just a tad after I floored it. So to compensate I let off just a tad after i floored it and then floored it again and still won the race as u see in the video!!

Anyways enough talk here is the vid. Let me know if u have any other questions.

Here is a nother vid just for fun :

Thanks, the M5 is a BEAST

Matt

Oh forgot to mention the E63 was only the driver, and in the M5 was my cousin and I.

Always good to see a brotha out in front but I sure wish Steven Spielberg would take an interest in our beasts!

Are you sure that was an E63? I drove one of them it its a lot quicker than that. My boy's 05 cts-v gave me a much better run than that E63...something isn't right.

lol yes im sure its an E63. The car belongs to a good friend of mine and i've driven in it several times. As i said in the first post, he floored the car a little late, but the M5 was pulling the entire time so it didnt matter.

Also keep in mind u have an M6 vert, which is what about 400lbs heavier than the M5. I've also ran a Modded CTS-V in the M5 and was pulling on that as well.

its a little heavier...but cts-v is also 100hp or so less than the E63. I just dont see how you could have totally destroyed him like that. It wasnt even a race. Your car is not stock right?

You know I love videos over kill stories
Thanks for the video and the time put into posting it
I do have one small suggestion though. Try to get a camera mount, attach it to the pasenger headrest and then mount the camcorder and you'll have excellent quality vidoes for people to review. the chase car in the first video was unable to keep up with either cars to show clearly the end of the run
Either way...both cars pulled away really hard
