Anyone besides Keang24 installed ESS software?

Has anyone else besides Kenny installed ESS software? I am thinking about pulling the trigger on this and would like to get some more feedback.

PM member "Falb", he just test drove my car today. He test drove once before my headers/ecu a while back.

What else you got on your modding list? I love to see just pre/post ecu alone. Why don't you ask ESS for money-back gaurantee. If they(ESS) are for real, money-back gaurantee wounldn't be a problem. Maybe refund substract 10% re-stocking fee and shipping.

All the modds I have is listed on my signiture but I will be adding Section 1 Cat delete soon. There is one chassis dyno in my area. It is a dyno max. I have never heard of that type before so I am not sure how good it is. The dyno is down right now and the next closest one is 150 miles away so I am not sure if I will get a before dyno done. I would like to take advantage of the special pricing from ess.

I thought it ran great. Sounds like it matched his headers very well and cleaned up some of the sloppyness in the stock software. His car feels very quick and pulled on my car. For Kenny it seems like it was a must have. How much is it?

if you do not do a before dyno you are not allowed to get the s/w.

Just kidding, but seriously it would be huge to do a before and after dyno on this new s/w. I do not know the dyno above either but as long as you use the same dyno to do the before and after the results should work. I highly recommend doing the section 1 delete first then do the before dyno, install s/w and redyno. I would think that Ess would be able to adjust for the extra flow of the cat delete is why. The section 1 delete is a great mod btw.

For hp feature on Vbox to work, I need the actual weight of the car. But love the other functions like 0-60, 0-100, 30-140, 1/4miles, etc. IMO, from dead stop performance not a good way to assess the pre/post modding because it too depend on road condition and driver skill, but from rolling like 60-140mph or something, if same driver in the same gear/rpm, it should give you an idea on real work performance, right? Any of my brother Socal are welcome to borrow my Vbox since I will be gone all March, I will drop my off at RPI and anyone welcome to use them.
