I cant say that I am disappointed in the Dinan exhaust. its sounds beautiful, I just wish it was a bit louder. not meistercraft loud, just 1 or 2 levels more.
whats the next step in loudness? OR what else can I do (besides headers) to increase the sound level?
Perhaps a resonator delete or section 2? High flow cats? Headers will
make it significantly louder but will change the exhaust note. Otherwise
a different exhaust. Dinan is pretty tame compared to others. See
AA exhaust.

How long have you had the exhaust for? Are you thinking about selling? I've heard the E. Race in person, sounds amazing, but a bit loud for me, I've also heard people who purchased the AA, they are very happy, but again its loud, perhaps that might work for you...

I dont think I would say the AA exhaust is loud. It has a great f1 sound at wot but you wont even notice it cruising on the highway. I need to get a new usb cable since I cant find my old one so I can get some videos and upload them here.
That's the beauty of the Dinan exhaust--tasteful cockpit noise and awesome sound from the outside. If I had a dollar for everytime somebody snapped their head back to look at my car, I could almost have enough for a down payment on an '08 M5. To get a sense of the sound from the outside, just find a tunnel, put it in second, and floor it. You'd be amazed! :M5launch:
