Why should they replace a fraudulent part they did not sell?

Look, they are offering the opportunity for people to find out the facts, if they have been ripped off, free of charge...

Then if someone has, they will have what they need to go after the bad actor here...

I think this is classy behavior on their part, and not something normally seen these days - imho

You have to love these types of "canned" responses.

Folks on the board; I have spoken to the owner Of Eisenhaus since February 6th and I have yet to receive anything. I originally place my order on August 26th and have yet to receive the right product.

Apparently my shop was sworn to that They're going to get my exhaust Teusday of Wednesday... however I've yet to see a tracking #

I've been asked to be patient and understanding, and I believe I have been. I understand they are going through alot and that they have a limited staff right now. Though Seriously, it is not my problem, and it really can't be hard if its "in stock and ready to go", to pack it in the box and ship it out now... I've made my sacrifices now... I've been waiting around for quite some time and told one thing when another was the case. I really just want it all squared away now so I can move onto the next project... I know you can't expect them to easily deal with all of the phone calls, orders, and returns and believe they have been working on it to the best of their capacities, but really just need to ship me my exhaust and get it out of the way now...

We are shipping out New updated Meisterschaft version (Non related to eisenmann units in anyway) for M5 and M6 units starting tomorrow.
and V77, we have your unit registered and confirmed as one of the first units to be shipped out starting tomorrow.
The new units are in even higher quality than before,
and we would like to emphasize that we have put in our absolute best effort to make these units as top notch products.
We will post up some photos as soon as we are getting ready to ship these units.
