Corsa Exhaust Report
Flew to Cleveland last Saturday to pick up my car with new Corsa exhaust. I went on a quick tour of the Corsa factory; that place is is stainless steel heaven. You could eat off the floors; it was that clean.
Now to my impression of the Corsa exhaust. In a nutshell-I could not be happier. On cold start-up, the M5 sounds mean! When you accelerate; there is no mistake that the M5 does not have a stock exhaust system. My overall impression is that the Corsa really makes the car come alive. My favorite aspect of the Corsa exhaust is when I am cruising on the interstate. The Corsa exhaust is absolutely as quite as the stock exhaust! I mean it is not any louder than stock on the highway. Drop down a couple gears to pass-and it comes alive again.
I am 49 years old and I realize that my impression is very much subjective. I can tell you that "back in the day" I had ZR-1 Corvettes, Z-28 Camaros, etc. and I wanted an exhaust on those cars that I could always hear. That does not interest me these days. I do not feel the need to announce my arrival wherever I go. I have had many aftermarket exhausts in the past. The Corsa exhaust, in my opinion is truly unique in that they have engineered in there exhaust systems a product that eliminates any trace of highway drone. I have found the last exhaust company I will ever use.
