Mild exhaust recomendation?

I've read most of the threads concerning exhaust systems for our cars but havent been able to discern which system I should look at, most seem like they would be too loud based on their description for my purposes. Youtube is nice, but its not the same as hearng it in person.

I like the sound of the car in stock form, but would like to hear a little more of it, at the same time I want the car to remain a 'luxury' sedan and dont want to be annoyed with the sound of the exhaust during normal drives.

I'm just looking for something a little louder than stock. Any recomendations? On Youtube.com I liked the throaty sound of the Hamann system the best, just not sure how loud it is.

What about Corsa, Remus or Tubi?

Thanks!

This is probably the mildest you can get:
SuperSprint Rear Mufflers (E60 M5)

I don't think Corsa makes one for the BMW yet. I bet if they did, it would be awesome though.

I'm in the 90275 zip code at the moment if you want to hear the Dixis, plus Eisenmann section 1. The Eisenmann increased the volume, but you can probably just extrapolate.

Dixis Titanium Exhaust and H Pipe

My recommendation is the Eisenmann Sport Exhaust. Great build quality, very nice dual oval tips and quiet (slightly louder than stock) exhaust note.

I've done a ton of research and trial & error on exhaust solutions and for your application the Eisenmann Sport is the way to go.

Two other considerations are Superspint Sport and Hartge. Both pretty mild as well.

Good luck and let us know what you decide.

Meisterschaft Touring sounds like stock with deeper tone. Great quality (highest of all eisenmanns according to Eisenhaus) and it comes with carbon baked tip, too.

By the description you gave I wuold say consider the Supersprint exhaust system, either sport or race. To me the are both mild. I had the SS race exhaust and got rid of it. It was to quiet so I got the Eisenmann exhaust. If you want more sound then get the X-pipe.

Have you looked at just removing the resonator? I did this, and the exhaust note is perfect for me. Only about $300 too.
