2008 Headlights / Taillights...

Hey guys,

What do you guys think about the new headlights/taillights?

I was thinking of converting to the updated ones... They look better imho...

I've found the headlights for $2250 and the taillights for $550.. plus shipping..

Worth it? The car is leased... Anyone know where to find it for a better price?

Thanks

I think the high beam looks far better in the 07 model. The 08 model has a parking assist light in the place of the old high beam. I do have adaptive curve lights and bi-xenon.

You can get rear LED's with smoked indicators for $329 from www.bekkers.com. Not sure where you can get the front plus i want to see them again to decide if they are worth it

There's currently no factory retrofit soluton to mount the 2008 LCI lights onto a pre-LCI car. There's a guy name Bruce Miranda from the UK that has just finished making a retrofit for the rear tail lights and I'm about to order a cable from him since I already bought the LCI tail lights.

As for the fronts, I don't think anyone's come up with a solution for that retrofit yet.

I would go for the rear for $550, then take another $2,200 spend on Evo Pulley($800 installed) and a nice/fancy restaurant on a date .
