Arie,
I agree with the others who feel we need to fix the date soon. If you do a runoff on Monday and end it on Friday thats only 1 week until Nov. 2 and 2 weeks until Nov. 9, the current leader date. I suggest getting the runoff going as early as possible, the 24th is starting kind of late IMO.
