New Pics of my New Beast

Sadly I had to leave my beast at home for a few months as I return to work overseas (Work onboard a Cruise Ship), but managed to give her a really good polish before I put her away in the garage, so thought I might as well post some pics.

Now has 34,700 miles on the clock from new, and getting close to needing her first set of new tyres, so need to do some saving.....LOL

Luckily I have free internet access onboard the ship and in my cabin, so I'll be on here alot for the next couple of months....

You'd be amazed how many offers I had from buddies who were willing to "Look after it for me while I'm away"

God....Now I feel a right plonker....I can't remember if it's Avus Blue or Le Mans Blue.

She's a 2000 pre face lift.

Stunning. The wheels look a shade lighter, as though they were re-finished. In fact, they look like mine. I always assumed mine were re-finished, but perhaps in 2000 there were some coming off the line a little lighter than the slightly darker shadowchrome...

Nice pics, thanks for sharing!

They are shadow chrome, but I'm not certain if they've been re-furbed and re shadow chromed......I did notice that the cars registration (Number Plate) is stamped on the inside of each wheel, not sure if this is something done in the UK, or if it's been done by a refurb company to show which vehicle they came off....???? Seems too good to be true even on a 34,000 mile car that it dosen't have any kerb marks at all.

Inside of wheel is black.....and the registration numbers are under the black, which suggests they could have been refurbed. Have to check with the previous owner. Cars never had any paintwork done at all.....but does have the odd small stone chips to the front bumper, and a few very minor ones to the front of the bonnet, but at this stage I'm reluctant to have them painted until they really need it.
