Fixing Window Regulator?

Used the nifty 'hold unlock' feature today, and when I went to roll back up the windows the passenger rear window didn't go up.
Searched internet and forum, came up with a page on bmwtips.com. Thought all would be good, got door panel off, and the regulator is totally different then on their page... Searched some more and find NOTHING. The bmwtips page shows a star shaped nut holding the top in place, use a wrench, undo it, good to go... Mine has an allen bolt holding it in place. There is not much more then room to fit an open wrench on, so no getting an allen wrench on it...

I tried removing the window, removed weatherstripping, tried everything I can see and cant get anywhere. If window is removed then I can get to the bolt.
I also tried to just remove the motor/cable side of the system and after scraping knuckles for 20 minutes, the damn thing doesn't come out at all.

I need help! Short of getting a set of locking pliers and ziptieing those closed, I dont know what to do.. I cant drive car until I get it fixed

How do I get this thing out?
Thanks
Matt

Well, I found the TIS document but can't print it to PDF! I'll try another way and PM you later
