What's in a 45K service?

I bought a 2001 M5, CPO from the dealer with 36K on it. I'm now down to one orange light so I need oil change, etc. Called dealer and asked what it would cost. They said about $250 (towson BMW in Baltimore).

I've heard many on the board say that their dealer charges $110 for an oil change. Anyone know what else goes into a 45K service?

Thanks in advance
Mike

it all depends on what you mean by 45k service... its normally a case of

* Oil service
* Oil service
* Inspection 1
* Oil service
* Oil service
* Inspection 2

but its condition based servicing so it depends on the amount of fuel used. 45k could be anything

Going from the MY99 inspection sheet (attached) its just

* Change engine oil & filter
* Reset service lights
* Change microfilter
* Check brake pads (front and rear)
* Grease centre hub of alloy wheels

I know you have an 01, but I doubt they'd be much different

The service schedule is more like
Oil change (~15k)
Inspection 1 (~30k)
Oil change (~45k)
Inspection 2 (~60k)

It is just a glorified oil change and looking at some parts.
