Porsche ceramic brakes

Ive read about a few M5 owners changing there brakes to the porsche's.Has anyone
changed theres to the ceramics? Is it even possible.Well if it were i would think that would be the ultimate brake change.Any feed back on eiter conversion would be appreciated.I really wanna change my brakes when i get my 2001 this month.the brakes on my current m5 make a skary noise when slowing from 110+ to 0in ith shortest distance possible.
