Bullit, this may be a bad question, but why is it that whenever you see an M5 or V12 in London the driver always seems to be southern or eastern European? I don't live in London so my perceptions may be skewed.

A lot of property in central London ( Mayfair Knightsbridge ) is owned by people from southern or eastern European origin who tend to be very wealthy and can therefore afford beasts with big engines. A lot of Hotels are also based in Mayfair Knightsbridge, so you may get a skewed perception
