within the last 10 days or so, i think, i have noticed that opening a page link or thread has gotten significantly slower. so much so that i don't bother staying on the same page anymore to read threads, i just right click the link and open the page in a new browser windows. even back paging to the main forum page seems to take a lot longer, too. i got tired of wwaiting...
i have however, noticed some other modifications you've been making... some nice stuff... thanks.
*and* i noticed that the link to donate to the m5board has disappeared from the bottom of the page. when did you take it off? i liked knowing that after i saved enough money from service and buying stuff at a bargain, i can take some of that money and send it here...

It's mostly "fast enough" here. No speed demon, but no excessive delays either. All requests served within a few seconds.

I am a dial up customer ... no flamers, please ... so my experiences are more sensitive to speed. (I have tricks I use to get fast responses.)
Most of the time (since day one for me, years ago), it is plenty fast ... no problems at all. But recently it has at times been notoriously slow (like just in the last month) ... v e r y s l o w ... sometimes never going to the page selected. And, it has been FINE for for the last week. But, today it is moderately slow ... I'm sure it is worth looking into.

When responding to a thread, it seems a bit slow to update.

It was slow just a few minutes ago. Heck, the page wont even reload.
But I have Cable internet at home and T1 connection here at work. Speed is good. Could always be better or faster of course.
