Thrust arm is item number 5 on the picture and the thrust arm bushing is item number 6. I honestly can´t be sure which is the control arm but guessing it´s number 12 since it´s the "other" arm on that pic I might be wrong about that though...!
Well there is a thread here somewhere about those bushings and how you can buy the whole arm with bushings for some 130 dollars which I think is very cheap. I´ve already bought the X5 bushings as they fit perfectly and are said to be beefier. But if you use the search button and write "thrust arm bushing" then you´ll get a sh**load of posts about this very problem hope you find all the info you might need.
the thrust arm is number 5 ing the diagram and the bushing is number 6. i am positive about that. by the way what simptoms you haveing that you are replaceing the arm and bushing. the bushing is servicable
