Finally I see computer arms in action....
They are....6spd said:Very cool, I'd suggest having a good radius on the metarial that wasn't cut.
Must be installing some Darton material.

Im curious as to what other internal mods you have planned. Who's your builder?
I really have no Idea but , before we started we had 440 RWH and 391 RWTQ SAE with a V2 Vortech @ 7 PSI.... 600 WHP ??? We will see....Fuddy said:what gains are you looking at?

Very cool. Those cylinders are pretty close to each other. Are you polishing the holes or are you making them bigger. If it is the latter, what will the displacement be when you're done?
Bob
Should be doable! If you are doubling your boost, the calculated gain would put you near 600 whp starting from a baseline of 440 whp/7 psi. I don't remember what injector set up you have, but the key will be feeding that monster lots of the good stuff.. mmmmmmT-TRIM 540i said:I really have no Idea but , before we started we had 440 RWH and 391 RWTQ SAE with a V2 Vortech @ 7 PSI.... 600 WHP ??? I think Precision 680cc injectors with a Walbro High Flow in tank pump with a Kenne Bell Boost - A - pump in line capable of delivering 330 L of Fuel , I again only think this will be the set up as the tuning is all up to George and Nick G .wilsodh said:Should be doable! Here is the last "old Dyno" before we started to go crazy, it actually compares before ICS added the SS headers and 666 Fabrication Intercooler and Tune to the after SS headers , 666 Fabrication Intercooler , new crank pulley and Tune..... Plus pictures of the car's exterior which will remain the same and a single shot of the engine bay which will look a bit different when finished this go around... As soon as Chris at VAC Motorsports sends me the promissed photos I will post them...kees said:Very cool. Do you have dynosheets and specs of your 'old' setup?
If you could add some more pictures and details then I'll add a link for this thread to the FAQ thread at the top of the forum.
Hey , I just might do that a 528 with the mean sound of SS Headers...:biggrinbounce: BTW The "Doctor" Mr. Elgin of Elgin Cams in California is shipping my newly finesed cams to VAC today,,, Unfortunately I need a few parts for the Vibration Dampening system that have to be flown out of Gemany ,7-10 days arrival time.... But , there is a light shinning I can see it, i just wonder should I walk to the light to find more inner patience....:confused3wilsodh said::thumbsup: If you want to really go stealth, maybe you should re-badge her with a '528'...:hihi:

VAC MOTORSPORTS did all of the bottom end machine work which included making room for the S62 crank bearing to fit , heads were done by someone George knows in CT. that does work for some of the Nascar crowd and the "Doctor" Mr. Dimitri Elgin did the Cams... VAC MOTORSPORTS will be putting the whole engine together for me after they receive all the parts... mmmmmmwilsodh said:David - who's doing the sleave work?
Dave
No not really any reason to go crazy with the build it just sort of happened... I hope a month is a realistic time frame....pamato said:Besides all of the glorious horsepower, did you have a problem with your original set up that warranted a rebuild? What a sick car. I love the stealth! When will the car be ready, a month or so?
