Oil filter change tip

Reading all the excellent info here and on related forums there are warnings to not wrench on the oil filter housing too forcefully for fear of breaking the housing mounts.

I just threw on a strap wrench on the housing body while turning the filter cap and minimized on the torque on the housing mounts.
