After I bought my car (used) I was messing around with the plastic covers in front of the radiator to play with air flow and noticed this (pic below). I already figured out the car had a K40 installed but sweetness...laser Jammer as well!
Score!
(the box with the red LED covers is obviously the jammer, with the smaller box next to it being the front K40 radar detector)
Because it even clearly states in the manual that there may be no obstruction in front of the jammer, which in this case the kidney grill would be the problem. Also, the jammer is supposed to be installed on the formost point of the car to help with laser reception.

I am just trying to help out. I dont think you are truly getting the performance out of the jammer in that location. It does look nice in there. I thought about having mine put in there originally but decided against it to not have to compromise performance.

Mine was installed in the lower air dam by the previous owner. It's still pretty stealth, but is unobstructed. Now the rear one is behind the bumper and I think at a bad angle.

YEP, this is exactly how mine was installed before I removed it. You put the holes underneath the bumper, they are not visable.
