Opinions on questionable dealer service codes?? '03 Beast

As stated in my last thread, I'm about to purchase an '03 LeMans blue Beast. Does anyone see anything in the service history below that should be of a huge worry. I question the Vane/tandem pump/electric pump leaking more than once, and then the return line from steering gear leaking, and then the suction line from oil tank to pump leaking. Of course, I dont know if this is normal for these cars. I also dont know if the dealer inspects these regularly and will replace them at the smallest leak. This car had it's engine replaced @ 19000 miles by BMW and paid for through the previous owners insurance due to water intake. These loose lines could be a result of the engine replacement, the car is otherwise in perfect shape. Thanks for any suggestions!

the 'vane tandem pump' is fuel pump. There are two pumps, one that actually pressurizes and delivers fuel to the engine and one that moves fuel from one tank to the other (think of our tank like a set of saddlebags). The other oil line to tank, i'd bet that is the other Powersteering oil line, as our cars do not have engine oil tanks. The p/s lines leak, all of the time. I've probably replaced weeping hoses 3 or 4 times. The factory clamps are poor. Out of warranty, the fix is to cut off the oe clamp and use a good quality hose clamp.

Nothing worrying about the history to me.

Sounds like the M5 isn't immune to the power steering hose leak either

Oil tank return- does the M5 have a remote oil filter housing like the e39 540i? If so I'd imagine the filter housing is the "tank" referred to.
