Never heard of it, most people use Zymol liquid. Sometimes you can get it at Warehouses like Sams or Costco. More expensive at the auto stores.
It's easy to use and safe for BMW finishes.

I'm with Jim as well. Never hear of it. I also use Zymol liquid wax on my Beast and works fine.

Autoglym is a UK product, i tried almost every major wax brand,
the best in my opion is by far ZAINO, it is hard to get in the UK, I get mine from Germany, it easy to achieve a mirror finish, for dark cars they do a swirl free polish.
Autoglym is the best UK product, I use the interior cleaners etc but Zaino shampos, polish and quick wax is by far the best I found and yes i tried Zymol which is good but expensive,

Lexol
Does anyone still use Lexol for leather?
It used to be the best, hands down. Roll Royce, Jaguar, etc. recommended.

I used AutoGlym's bumper treatment when I used to own several Merkur XR4TI's (Sierra's in England). That stuff kept the lower body cladding beautiful. That was quite a few years back though, and I've never tried their polish.
Here's a link to buy it in the states: http://www.classic-accessories.com/autoglym.html

Turtle Wax all the way! (cheap, easy& extremely effective)
I tried Autoglym's product extensively after I took delivery of my car. I figured I'd pamper it with the best products I could get from day one...(Zaino and Zymol not readily available in Iceland).
I bought 2 Autoglym products, "Super Resin Polish" and "Extra Gloss Protection". The cost of these 2 items came to ~$30. Now before we discuss if this is much or not I'll tell you how it worked.
My car is a '99 model and still has an almost perfect finish. I tried Autoglym's products for 6 months - washing 2x/week and waxing 2x/month. I followed Autoglyms exact directions every time and used both the Polish and the "Gloss Protection".
Now don't get me wrong - it looked good - but it simply didn't look better than any other wax/polish I've tried and it certainly wasn't easier to use!!
Today I'm using TURTLE WAX which I buy from the nearest gas station for ~$2. It goes on and off extremely easy and outlasts Autoglym by far. With AG I had to wax every 2 weeks, now I can (but hardly ever do )wait up to 4 weeks between waxing sessions.
I've heard of people who swear by AG, it could be that the weather here is simply that bad that "showroom" gloss products don't last...?
Anyway, if you're discontent with the price-performance ratio of your current waxes/polishes I urge you to try out the no-name cheapo brand like Turtle Wax - it just might do the trick!

Tangient-topic: Lexol
Bart-
I just finished Lexol'ing my leather this weekend. I need to do it more often (every ~6 mos.), b/c I LOVE the way it makes my interior look and smell!
I did buy the Zaino leather conditioner for my all-leather dashboard and door tops, because it is the only one I've found with a UV protectant. It's a little too "glossy" for the seating surfaces, and doesn't have that awesome Lexol smell.
I've been using Lexol on my last five Bimmers, and I've never found a better product!

My father and uncle were in the furniture business, and produced leather furniture. They recommended ONLY Lexol. We have a 30 year old leather chair - it was starting to look pretty ragged. We applied SEVERAL coats of Lexol - and it now looks GREAT. I didn't know you could do that!

Thanks for the info guys, it looks like ZAINO is the best stuff going. Does anyone know where to get this in England (Jim - where in Germany do you get yours?).
Regarding leather care, my dad used Connolly Hide Food on his RR Silver Spirit for years and it worked great (really supple).
