Why not 18?
The benefit of 19 is that you can upsize for larger brake rotors (and calipers). IMHO you gain nothing else, not even looks.
I'm a believer in 9.5s all around, but then again I thing a 9.5/10 might be a more 'perfect' balance. You could also go the dinan route with 9.5s all around, but slightly smaller rubber up front (275/285)- this is to balance out the oversteer you can see with 275s all around.
In any event, you'd want a 275/xx-19 or 285/xx- 19 tire with the same overall diameter as a 275/35-18 Mich PS2! (+/- a bit)
