Dinan S3 - DA S/C - AA TwinTurbo - If you had a choice?

I may have a buyer for my car, and was wondering what possible direction to take.... Not saying it is happening right now, but I would love some opinions.... Currently driving 550hp S/C 540i...

Dinan is overpriced, but a very good design (I have a dinan s/c now) but I dont understand how they dont do any internals....

DA is without words! But they do alot of internal mods.... Also they are far away from me which scares me as well.

AA, I have no experience with, but the seem to have a good reputation...

Gotta be a E39, as I cant deal with a E60.....

Any other ideas would be appreciated too!

Thx!!!!

Scott

If your 540 is making that kind of Hp...why sell????....I am sure that it is more than capable of handling a Stock M5 E60...or most anything else for that matter.???....I imagine your car has other mods..ie.Brakes, Suspension etc.
Regards
MCar

Yes, much mods.... The DA Twins and Chgo crew and seen and raced w/ it.. (DA Boys blow me away) Neck and Neck w/ S2 and E60.

It was just a good offer to buy it, and since it is 10yrs old I thought I might try something different. The M5 does have ALOT of nice goodies inside...

Scott.. Selling ! are you crazy !

What did you end up doing with that clutch and Flywheel... I just installed an Exhaust, and while going for run, slipped like a bar of soap again ! gotta change it !

I have a soft spot for AA, and I love the Rotrx S/C's.. So I voted that way... Their setup on my E36 was awesome, and very well engineered... they had great services and great support too !

Long time!!!

Well, the offer to buy my car is good, so I am testing the waters on what new project to do...

We pulled the trans and all we had to replace was the flywheel insert ($99.00)!

You gotta come to RomTech, Dave is having his car done there!

I once owned a '98 540i that I had SC'd via a Dinan kit. That was only making 400 HP and 406 lbs. Let's hear the mods that increase the output to 550HP. I'm not sure it is possible w/o tearing the motor down.
