Possible cheap clear corner alternative?

I can't just spending almost $1000 to get clear corners. I see E39 projector halogen headlights for sale on ebay with clear corners. Would it be possible to buy a set of these and remove the clear corner? Then open up my stock 2002 headlights and swap out the amber for clear corners?

You will be better off buying the Xenons and selling your headlights. Cost around the same ammount of money and selling your set I am guessing will be easier than to swap everything out.
