New Shoes - Again [Rial Daytona Race 20"]

I posted some pictures of the replica 19" OEM Wheels a few or so back.

My Rial Daytona Race 2 piece wheels came in and I wanted to post some pics. 20x9 and 20x10.5. I know the car is lower than some of you like but its a matter of personal taste and its not a daily driver for me. If I wanted to corner carve I just use the M3.

I am running Toyo T1R's 245/35/20 and 285/30/20. I thought about going one profile size down to a 30 / 25 setup but it was not enough rubber. I have more than half thread sleeve left on the GC coilovers. The ride is smooth and no rubbing now ( had to take a rubber mallet to the lower area of of where BMW rolled the fenders and extended it down about another 3 inches and its just right

The Rears are not as heavy as I thought. The 20x10.5 was 31lbs.
The LM's only come in 19" and I already have a couple of sets of HRE's and didn't need to spend more money on wheels ( not that these were too cheap ). I love the LM's and wish they came in 20's. But I really like the quality of these wheels as well as the look. I like the step lip on the wheel.

I will put the Hamann Replica Spoiler on when it comes in as well as paint the rear diffusor part likes ATLANTA M5 has done in a matt black to give the back some definition.

I have a set of sways as well from GC that I have to put on.

ATLANTA M5 - thanks and I am not as crazy as you are

We are gonna meet up soon for a picture session like we talked about for a while.

I have the same wheels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But mine are 19's
I bought the wheels used and took them apart and send the lips to get them reploshed. Once I get everything together I will post pics.
How in the heck did you find these new? Where did you get them from?

I was looking all over the place for new ones but just settled for a set of used ones. Anyways yeah I prefer these over LM because of the bigger more aggressive lip and the fact that the lips are full polished vs the machine finish on the LM

Look sweet man!!

Rot8 - got them from Edgar at Need4Speed Motorsports. We found them at Tire Rack. They don't tell you they have them but they do. Some of them don't know it cuz their system doesn't tell them that they have it.

Also if you go with 20's you have to just take a rubber mallet on the inner fender and tap the edge in a little more if you run a 30 series tire in the 20's. I think 25 series would be okay without touching the inner fender. Its already pre-rolled anyways and I just extended it a little more

Post picks when you get the 19's in. The 20's in step lip don't look as large as some 20's without a step lip. I will post pics of my M3 as well when I get my shoes back from HRE in 19's 545R's. They are powder coating the clear on the wheels. I had them flake off a couple of times. New process they are doing to clear coat.

Thanks M5 ForMe.

Anybody know what a set of OEM 18's in good shape would sell for?
