You'll find less critical comments here too which is refreshing.

Anyway, we are having a meet in Vegas first part of December and many are planning to come up from SoCal. Are you able to make it? If you come I can show you the final results of my Estoril M3 with 400 rwhp using a Vortech supercharger with cams, larger intake, larger injectors, aftercooler, etc.
Hey nice to see you in here! I am trying not to get too crazy with this car since she is a DD and can't be down for too long. I am going to try and stick with only stuff I can DIY.

Would love to see your car. Work and my baby girl might keep me from Vegas but I will try.

Absolutely gorgeous car. A perfect platform for good things to come.. Congratulations and enjoy!

Dave! Excellent post! Thank you very much! Being a bfc FI forum junky for a few years I understand what I like to see in threads and that most other people want to see the same thing. Lots of pictures and video always helps, especially if the video isn't all shaky and also has some humor involved. I just got my first mod in the mail...new shift knob, however I didn't even realize the one I have is one piece with the boot so I had to order a new leather boot. More mods like Rogue SSK+WSR and such are on the way.

Oh I won't! I'm pumped to meet some new BMW enthusiasts! I'll bring my video camera. And some day my M3 will be finished, wait till you check it out, it is a little over-cooked.

Good luck! Be patient! And be willing to spend a pinch more, it's worth it.

I love that album so much I keep listening to it over and over. Other albums right now just sound sorta bleh in comparison.

Great pics and vid! Congrats. That is one fine specimen of an E39. Looks like the previous owner was very good to it.
Good thing you were narrating a bit in the beginning about the cops b/c I was wondering why you were driving like my grandma on such a wide open stretch of road

BTW, the camera mount is great. But what is that rattling sound in the background?

Thanks!

That will all cost a pretty penny. Hamann body pieces I will have to do. As far as rims, gonna save my money for now and powdercoat the stockers a different color after I get the curb rash fixed. Brembos? They look sick but are so much coin that I'd rather up the power with some boost first and then worry about stopping later.
