Any good SF Bay Area shops for mods?

Hi Folks.

The car is *almost* here (arrives at the port tomorrow -- maybe another week or two until it gets to the dealer).

Anyways, I've started to think about mods I'd like to do to the car. Since I live in the SF Bay Area, the dinan mods will of course be handled directly at Dinan. I'm planning on doing the Dinan 3.45 diff and ?maybe? the suspension. I think I'll drive it around stock for awhile before making the suspension decision.

However, for other non-dinan modes I'm not sure what is a good shop to take the car to. Do any of you have a recommendation for a good shop to handle the following?

UUC Short Shifter
SuperSprint Exhaust
Tire/Wheel replacement

I also plan on doing the clearbra protection. I've already arranged to take the car to the clearbra.net guys in Utah to have it applied (unlike stongard or expel, the clearbra.net product extends all the way across the entire hood and front quarter of the car so that there are no lines visible).

Finally, I think I may replace the stock wheels just to have a little different look. does anyone have experience with SSR wheels? Are they good quality? I'm thinking about the gt3:

anyways comments/suggestions on a good shop/etc are welcome.

thanks!

Call Dick Chang at DynoSpot Racing in Mountain View. Tell him Fred referred you. Other M5 owners have taken their cars to him.

Hope this helps.

Fred
