I live in Ohio where we also have a front plate requirement. I also refuse to drill the front bumper of the car to install a front plate, so I decided to keep the plate in the trunk and, in case I am stopped, attach the following product to the plate so it can be "mounted" rapidly.
Not sure if this will work with our cars or if it is what the original poster is looking for. On the positive side, it is inexpensive. Again, my intention is just to have it ready if I need a temporary fix. Any comments?
