Can one of you M5 gurus in the LA area go kick some tires for me?

I found an 02 that I would like to buy but need some one to go check it out for me. I called the dealership its at but the salesman wasn't aware of the mods that have been done to the car.

If any of you guys have some time to do a favor for a fellow board memeber I would greatly appreciate it.

I can be reached anytime at 309-251-9096 or pm me and I'll give you all the details.

Here is the Vin WBSDE93492CF90346 if some one can run a carfax for me.

Maybe I can help, depending...

I pm'd you. I realize you might not want to put the dealership name out here and potentially start a bidding war, but our availability will probably be closely tied to how close we are to the dealer - at least in the case of working stiffs like me!

Does that mean the 2nd owner drove 2k in 1 year? Or that the dealer has had it since 05? Doesn't say personal or anything on it for 2nd owner. :?

I will be in LA, although not an expert by any means... I could verify the car exists and isn't in 2 peices... lol.
Give up on the S2?
