And now, a musical interlude....
OK, all you older types - perhaps you remember the (was it Judy Collins? or Peter, Paul and Mary) song - "Leavin' on a jet plane".
Here's my version---
All my bags are packed,
I'm ready to go.
My car is parked outside my door.
I've checked the brake pads twice, the shine is high
I've read the book,
I know every turn.
I've watched the tapes,
Got power to burn
I'm going to Sears Point
I'm going to try.
I'm leavin,
For a track day
I can't wait to hear the tires scream
Leavin, on a track day
Oh Babe, I'm gonna fly.
La la la la etc.

Great lyrics!!
Maybe you should become a song-writer. I´m tired of that almost all songs are about love. I want more songs like this and Chuck Berry´s "No money down":
"...I want a TV and a phone so I can talk to my baby while I´m riding along..."
That couldn´t be very common in Cadillacs in the 50´s but in the M5´s of today it surely is

That was trip down the memory lane.
I did some service for UN in Lebanon 1990 and when it was time for my company to go home, that song, tthe original one that is
, was on the camp PA speakers and the camp radio all day long.
Anyone who has on their computer, please mail it to me!
Cheers,
/Johan

Greg,
Chantel Kreviazuk released a newer version of that song a few years ago... maybe you can release a 'new' 3rd version...
