Torque Settings replacing front wheel bearing

I have a dodgy front wheel bearing and as I am off to the ring tomorrow morning, I thought it best to fix it.

I have picked up a new wheel bearing from my local dealer and they have given me the TIS info for replacing it, but I am after the torque settings for the following bit.

Front track rod end
Swivel Bearing Nut
And last but not least, the 4 bolts that hold the wheel bearing in place.

Many thanks

Rob
