Agree with previous posts that sounds a little high. If I did the conversions right, it's equivalent to a US car with about 110k miles for about $31k US dollars. Looking on US autotrader, for 31k you can expect cars with between 60 and 80k miles. For something over 100k, you shouldn't be paying much over $25k US. I don't know the Canadian market so maybe this is reasonable up north but I doubt there is a such a large discrepency in the market for this car between the two countries.
For what it's worth, I got my 2000 MY with 36k miles for $33k US. I'd say keep looking, there are plenty of these starting to come on the market and you could probably find a much better example for that price. IMHO.
