Just a Quick Tip....
If any of you have this problem of oil oozing or misting from the oil filler cap, take the cap off and clean the "silver" part on the engine where the cap screws onto - not the cap itself.
There is always oil on this area but when cleaned and you put the cap back on, you should not have that problem again - at least I haven't.

Tried that to no avail
..... I think the cap eventually loses its seal and the oil passes between the rocker cover and the rubber seal.

I do this every time I take the cap off. Even bought a new cap but I still have seepage when driving hard.

I tried another o-ring but the best defense is just a new cap and clean it after you open it.....

Does the Bimmian oil cap help? Not a bad looking piece for $40 and if it solves the problem, it seems to be a reasonable fix...
