simple fun...

hey all~
i just got my car back from doing the smog OBD recall....for some reason, car feels slower now....dealer says "no"....maybe it's just me...

nevertheless, i always felt my m5 was not as fast as those i test drove...but i picked this one because of the low mileage/cpo, color, etc. i live in long beach.....and i was wondering....anyone wanna go heads up with me on a long straight-away? just to see??? stock vs. stock. or stock vs. modified...just wondering how much "slower" my car is.....

my beast is an '03....bone stock....not even tinted windows...lol.

just wondering!

I believe there is an M5board EVENT Nov 18, about 300 bux. but you get to run on a 3 miles runway, and a road course ! do a search and thee shall find !

This way you wont loose your license, and end up in jail !

I'm close by ... I would suggest a run up the 110 (from Gaffee) ... rolling start, to 100 should be enough to tell ... could probably do it ...

You probably don't need to race anyone to know how your car stacks up...let someone else who has a Beast drive it and tell you what they think (or drive theirs).
