Sales Feedback: (0) Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	Spartanburg Procedures Hi there, I am intending to pick up my vehicle in Spartanburg, SC at the BMW plant. How does the procedure regarding check lists and all those things work now? My understanding is basically that financing and signatures are in place prior to taking delivery. How do we as buyers then negotiate on stuff such as complete tool kits, no front-plates, etc. when we have to complete financing before we even see the car. The next question I have is, if the dealership said that they would include the phone kit at invoice - where does this get installed - the BMW Center in Spartanburg or at the dealership? Many thanks for all the advice.
