Help with fault codes?
SES light came on the other day so I checked the codes with Peake reader and reset but the light came on again about 20 minutes later. My '03 has
31k miles and the only recent changes to the car is the Powerchip 93 a little over a week ago. Also worth noting is that I filled up the tank with gas that I normally don't ever use and that same day is when the SES came on. Could it be a tank of bad gas causing these faults? The car drives fine. Any insight would be great before I take it the stealer. Here are the codes:

Idle speed controller
Fuel control, cyl #1-4
Fuel control, cyl #5-8
Misfire during warm-up, cyl #3
Misfire during warm-up, cyl #4
Misfire during warm-up, multiple cylinders

Before getting exciting and chasing a possible issue I would have the codes cleared and see if they re-appear.

I've cleared the codes twice that same day and they have come back with the same fault codes both times. I'm going to call PowerChip in the morning and see what they have to say.

my money would be on mafs. I have had the exact same codes (besides idle) for mafs. if you are still on that tank of gas that you are questioning, i'd try to run that stuff off and refill with fresh fuel too. Bad gas could cause these codes.

Thanks, I'm going to burn through the remaining gas and fill up with what I normally use and then clean the MAFs. If it still throws the same codes then I'll take it in.
