Race is at lower speeds, below 200 km/h (120 mph). The F355 have the F1 sequential gearbox and should be slightly faster than the BMW M5 E39 to 200 km/h. Over 200 km/h it might be a bit different story
2nd gear at around 50 km/h and then flooring it to around 150-160 km/h.
thanks gustav for the video...were can you find a car that sits five and can keep up/ yet alone can smoke a ferrari, after 120 im sure the m5 would ahev pulled away and the guy in the m5 lets go of the gas too soon...btw is the e39 modded?

doesn't the 355 put down somewhere around 380hp? If so that is pretty impressive for the m5. Pretty evenly matched.

We all know you were at one point a visitor at Dinan's facility, located in CA. You personally witnessed the Dinan S2 car race a stock M5. So my question to you is, would the S2 package beat that particular F-car ???
Thanks.
Robert
