Image of right front wear - thoughts?

Less than 20K on this set -

Anyone hazard a guess as to what adjustment of front end componentry would cure this wear? Left front tire is worn evenly...

I'm sure Luke would know since he works for Tirerack!! Anyways nothing an alignment won't cure as it looks like too much negative camber.

I'm thinking something is worn in your steering linkage. Interesting to see the tyres for another reason though - I have the same on the front of my beast & have the same cracks around the circumference bnetween the tread blocks. I took it to the guy who fitted them & he said it was nothing to worry about, but I have to admit I get a little concerned at high speed. Have you ever had them checked out?

Impossible to tell!

(20k I'd be overjoyed with my PS2s....)

Make sure you set your toe to CLOSE to zero (-.02 or -.03 but no more) Folks look at inner edge wear and assume it is cmber- not necessarily true. Too much toe combined with the proper - camber will cause the wear.

BMWs spec is broader than you want to allow- they allow too much front toe. IMHO

I am with ard, toe chews up way more tires that does camber, I am fairly willing to be that wear truns out to be a toe issue and not a camber one, especially due to the nature of the wear ont he next block of tread.

please post your alignment specs when you do have it fixed.
