Hey, just thought I would share a few new interior photos of my M5. I decided to get rid of my factory cupholders and just use the Ultimate Cupholders that sit on the carpet down by the center console. I installed a silver painted trim piece in the spot where the cupholders used to be, matching my other silver painted trim.
I also ordered two different custom floor mat plates from Ultimate Pedals. One is for the drivers side and functions as a heal guard plate, so no more heal marks and worn out floor mats in that area. The other piece is a passenger side foot rest installed at an angle.
I also added a painted silver trim piece around the navigation screen to match the other silver trim.
Yes, I know I'm nuts.
This is a little over the top, but come on, the modifications must keep coming right? Must feed the addiction and continue with the technical black and silver aluminum look!
Which pieces would you remove...if any?
Let me know what you think!

I think I would remove the mats with the plates. Although a great idea, and maybe the pictures don't do it justice? For me it just brings a lot of attention to the floor mats, which I just like to blend in.

I think it's well done and very tasteful. The only thing that stood out to me, since you asked, would be the lower steering wheel trim. It doesn't quite seem to fit in with the "flow" of the rest of the interior. I like the subtle but nicely done silver trim elsewhere.

Nice job, I like it. The driver's side floormat is functional, preventing wear&tear on the vulnerable heal area, but the passenger side is, well, let's just say that the pretty girls prefer nice soft carpet on their (bare) feet

Looks nice. Where did you get the piece to put over the original cupholders?
Also, I'm thinking again about buying your titanium trim pieces if you still have them.
Did you make it to the track yesterday??
