Lodging for M5 track day at Sears Point

          Hi M5 Extravaganza participants,

The Napa Embassy Suites called me and there are still a few rooms left at our discount rate for our Aug. 15 get togther before the Sears Point track day. Here is the info;A block of rooms has been reserved at the Napa Embassy Suites for August 15, the evening before the Sears Point track day. Here are the details:

As the name implies, each room is a mini-suite
Complimentary beverages and snacks for an informal get-together in the Atrium 5:30PM-7:30PM

Complimentary full breakfast 6:00AM-9:30AM (Aug. 16 AM)
You can secure one of these rooms by calling Embassy Suites directly; (707)253-9540 and reserve with your credit card.
Group name is BMW M5 Club.
          Discount rate is $214/night + 12.07% bed tax + $3.00 energy surcharge.
All rooms are first-come-first-served for the Summer Event participants. You do not have to be a driver on track day to participate. You can be a spectator.

Getting together the night before our track day should be a lot of fun; for track participants and spectators.

Make your reservations before they fill up.
