Question about modifying interior

SO I test drove my 1st M5 today w some Dinan bits on it, very nice, good growly exhaust, I like it

So my Q? is: Regarding the aluminum detail trim inside the car, can that be swapped for wood & how much of a pain in the butt would that be to do ?

Thanks

yes it can, quite easily. Look at today's posts, someone was looking to get rid of wood and get Ti trim, perhaps you could swap.

In case you didn't see it yet:http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/sho...801#post775801

Also, you can easily paint, faux finish or upholster the existing trim. As an example, here's something wild I did for my wife:

even ebay has trim kits every now and then. TI is in demand mainly so you should have no problems selling it.
