Bad experience part 2 update

I want to thank you guys for all your support =o) THANKS!
I updated my letter and added in a sentence or two about how i thought bmw was "number one" in service and with this kind of treatment i definitely am not going to finance any future BMW's from Bayside or any BMW's for that matter if everyone was trained the way he was

thanks again for all your support.

oh and for those who would love the chance to vent on this dude..
i got his information

Thanks for the address. Every time, I see his name my blood pressure starts to rise. I'm going to give him a piece of my mind for treating you the way he did. And I'm sending a letter to the owner of the dealership.

BTW, my physics' professor has the first and last name as you. He's the best physics professor I've ever had. Is it a common Chinese name?

Fry them, bayside BMW sucks

I just purchased two vehicles from them a M3 convertible and 740i sport. What an ordeal I went through, I was going to cancel the deal with my salesperson because of Fred Gang. He is the biggest a-hole I ever met. Considering I was giving them $120k worth of business in one day. I paid the 5k over on the M3 and was told I would have my car in 1 week which is why I purchased from them and was willing to pay over. My guy at Rallye ended up getting it way before them. I ended up waiting 5 weeks and change. But that was not what pissed me off, I won't get into it. But Fred is not a person that wants to do business in a normal manner.

My usual dealer/service here in NY is Rallye Motors in Glen Cove. They are much better for service and only a little further, but it's OK you get to drive your M5. I bought 3 M5's from them already and 4th is on order. I hope you get some satisfaction from BMW, Bayside does deserve to FRY. On the other hand Robert in the service department there seem to be a nice guy......

Young,

Just to let you know that I have kept my word and have sent a letter to that bastard.

I hope you get some results from your letters to BMW NA. His behavior is unacceptable, period!

Young,

Besides the letter to Gang, I also sent a copy to the owner of the dealership so that they will know how much business their employee is turning away.
