Northeast M5 weekend!

After much fun during our day-long drives, we've decided to do a weekend thing. Date is most likely Sept. 22-23 and we probably will go to Foxwoods. If you are interested in participating in the weekend or just meeting up with us, drop me a line: DrJimM5@aol.com. If you are an experienced Foxwooder, I'd appreciate some info as I've never been.

Jim

If my car comes into the dealer on schedule in the middle of August, I could probably do this too. I'm not much of a gambler, but I do enjoy driving.

Regards,
Doug

Just for the record, I'm not much of a gambler myself. The one thing I know for sure is my wife can keep herself entertained with the one-armed bandits and won't really care if I'm off driving. There aren't many places where I can get away with this.

We have to change the dates for this weekend get-together to Sept. 28-30. Hopefully this will allow others to rendezvous with us, or join us for the whole thing. E-mail me to be added to our info list: DrJimM5@aol.com

Update: We are considering staying in Mystic, CT (pizza anyone?). I've been told this is nice and there are some different things to do here. It also is only 15-20 minutes from Foxwoods. Any of you CT locals care to offer some advice here? Thanks,

Jim

How about a ferry ride?

Either there or back? 1/2 hour crossing ~ $40 for car & driver. It would be cool to have some pics of all the cars together. Boarding, in transit & disembarking.

Pt Jeff to Bridgeport or vice versa

Our 1st LI mini meet: Me, SteveP, M FREAK, Jason, Albert

Our trees are no longer naked

Guys,
do you ever worry about putting your vehicles on a ferry like this one or other ones, for example like the one to nantucket?
