I had to take a couple of piccies to share what parked outside the night before last.......

I know they are quick, but a Batman lookalike with more rear arch clearance than an SUV for that money...... yuk IMO

Agreed, it would have looked SO much better without that nose hood thing, kinda like an ultra SL!

Wow - that foreshortened photo really doesn't do it any favours.

Looks like its nose is falling over its face.

KBK - you crack me up!

As you say it's all opinion. As for me, I like the nose. Very F1 inspired. I am less impressed with the back. Looks like Bangle may have influenced those lines.

Can't really tell the size of the wheel openings from your picture. But in reviewing my pictures from the LA Auto show - I agree with you. It would look better sitting lower. (Again IMO!)
Cheers,
Alfred

You could by an E39 M5, an E60 M5, an Aston Martin DB9,a Ferrari 612 Scagletti, and a new 911 GT3 plus change for a few good nights out..... and stick some cash int he bank

IMO should go into the museum as an expensive mistake............

SLR is strictly a pantydropper car...not for car enthusiasts like most of us. :P
