Aftermarket warranty claim paid, No problem.

FWIW-I just had some warranty work done at a local shop. Replaced rear main seal. no issues. $650. my cost $50. first claim since purchase.

Glad to hear it worked out for you. For me, the last three times I had the car in for repairs on something, it turned out that my "top of the line" API aftermarket warranty, costing approximately $1,000 per year for four years, didn't cover the item that had gone wrong! What's up with that?

The same company I'm using and I've had one claim that was covered without much difficulty. A little back and forth between the dealer and warranty on how to repair the CV joint, but ultimately covered.
