I just picked up a San Diego Autotrader yesterday. There was a bunch of M5's in there 00"-03' with various mileage etc, in case anyone's curious about the going rate in SoCal. One (non-M5) e-39 really stood out for me...a black 00' 540i wagon for $19k that supposedly had 10,500mi on it.

Thanks again for all the inquiries and help! I've been swamped at work and haven't had a chance to breath.

I'm getting all the information and higher resolution pictures together and will put them up as soon as I can.

Chuck,

Shame it doesn't have all-black leather. Looks like a great deal. Best of luck.

lose the first pic in your autotrader ad. It looks like crap compared to the others and imo there is no reason for it to be there. Include one of the engine bay or odometer instead. Yeah, its a minor point, but I thought Id point it out. Generally, spending a couple hundred dollars on a detail can also improve a cars resale and lead to a quicker sale.
