had the car for quite sometime now while driving it last week i heard a squeaking sound from the front...would like to know on were to check/common areas and if i need to lubricate which parts?...note the squeak is not that loud just enough to irritate me...
suspension i think but am not sure as the squeaking sound wasnt loud enough to pinpoint...it was raining hard for the past week...after the rain thats when i heard it...
- how to reproduce.. going around corners etc
- does the squeak 'change', as in get louder, softer, pitch change with each occurance
- is it a grinding squeak as in one component coming in contact with a moving component?
Does your car have aftermarket swaybars? turn full lock and check that the brake backing plates are not rubbing on the disc. Suspension in good order? not lowered or such like?
