Headers and Cats questions

I've only had the Supersprint cat-back system on the car for about a week and I'm already starting to think about headers & cats. Mainly because there is a slight rattle coming from under the car when it is warm, which I'm guessing is just a bolt that needs tightening following the exhaust install, but it is a good excuse to start thinking that cat may be bad...

So my questions are these:

- has the issue of about 1/3 of people with the Supersprint cats getting SES lights been sorted out?

- is the only solution to the SES light to get an O2 simulator, and if so, how much $

- any long-term experience with the evosport cats? (I know TiSiBeast just put them on, but pretty recently)

- anybody have experience with Supersprint headers combined with evosport cats? (I ask because the evosport cats are sooo much cheaper) Are the connecting pipes (down pipes) still needed, or is it a direct fit?

- actual time involved for install of supersprint headers (supposedly easier than Dinan/RDS because of the multi-piece design)?

- other things to do while in the vicinity to maximize time/labor?

If the rattle I'm hearing is a bad cat, I'm going to try to get the dealer to replace it, as it started the day after I installed the exhaust - and the car is still under both CPO and 8/80k. But if they don't, then the replacement cats come into consideration.

Lots of questions...

-Ash
